Our customised four course includes CPR, choking, anaphylaxis, asthma, seizures fever, head injuries, burns, drowning, rashes, pain relief, bleeding + more.

You’ll walk away from our course feeling educated and empowered.
Our goal is for you to sleep better at night, knowing that are equipped with the knowledge and skills to respond in a first aid emergency.
Our courses are facilitated by experienced, current paediatric nurses sharing evidence-based information in a fun, warm, and empathetic learning environment.
- Hands on practice with our manikins that provide audio and visual feedback.
- Take home resources to refresh your knowledge.
- Babies < 12 months old welcome to attend the course.
- There is no formal testing in this course therefore a nationally recognised first aid certificate is not provided.

This course will be hosted at From Day One in Prahan. From Day One is a first-of-its-kind space for mothers from pregnancy to postpartum, with a primary focus on parental well-being and building community. Purpose-built with all the amenities for babies under 12 months, there is access to a drop-in day space to connect with other parents, Mother's Groups, weekly masterclasses, events and casual group sessions with specialists such as lactation, sleep, nutrition and psychologists.
