SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for your Rhythm First Aid purchase. We appreciate your support of our small business.
To keep life simple, we have flat rate shipping (some exclusions may apply).
Standard- We offer $12 flat rate standard shipping, Australia wide (including PO boxes).
Express- We offer $17 flat rate express shipping, Australia wide (including PO boxes).
International Shipping- We offer international shipping. Please email us (hello@rhythmfirstaid.com.au) prior to checkout so we can arrange a customised quote for you.
We use Australia Post for deliveries, so once we’ve dispatched your product it will arrive within their delivery timeframes. Please see their estimated delivery times here.
Customers are able to pick up their items locally for free of charge as discussed previously with us. Please send us an email- hello@rhythmfirstaid.com.au prior to purchasing the item.
We aim to dispatch your order ASAP but in peak times this may take up to 10 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days if personalising your order. If you are on a super tight time frame please email us (hello@rhythmfirstaid.com.au) and will do our best to help.
REFUND POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us (hello@rhythmfirstaid.com.au)
We do not offer a refund or exchange for change of mind.
We pack all orders with love and care, so that they arrive to you safely. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged after they leave our premises, however, if your item is damaged please contact us (hello@rhythmfirstaid.com.au).
